Ian & Vanessa Daguman

Pastor Ian Daguman has been in campus ministry for more than a decade. He and his wife, Vanessa, have been instrumental in reaching and discipling thousands of students in the Philippines as they passionately served in various local churches across Metro Manila.

Throughout his time at ENC Philippines, Pastor Ian has served in different roles and capacities as a field missionary, a campus director, and the head of ENC Metro Manila. Through God’s grace and empowerment, Pastor Ian’s leadership has seen tremendous fruit across the region as thousands of students have heard the gospel and surrendered to Christ.

His passion for reaching the next generation for Jesus and raising them to become next-generation leaders took him to different places and nations—preaching the gospel of Jesus on campuses, mentoring missionaries, and leading conferences in countries like China, Dubai, Indonesia, and in numerous places across the Philippines.

Most notably, he has personally raised, trained, and mentored hundreds of campus missionaries who are now discipling thousands of students across the Philippines and the world.

As God calls Pastor Ian and his whole family to London, his resolve remains the same: to reach the campuses in London, build life-giving relationships with new students, minister to their needs, especially in the area of mental health, and point them to Christ.

As God has powerfully used him to raise campus missionaries in the Philippines, God can and will continue to use him to raise passionate workers in God’s kingdom who will make disciples of all nations.
