Eric Syfrett started consulting and serving nonprofits and small businesses shortly after completing a Master’s of Accountancy from UNC-Chapel Hill. In addition to that, he currently serves as the Executive Pastor of King’s Park International Church in Durham, NC. Eric’s experience has straddled the lines between the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors. He enjoys writing and teaching, organizing and leading, whatever it takes to help build a team or organization to achieve its potential. 

Eric recently celebrated twenty years of marriage with Adena and is a proud father to daughters, Sarah Beth and Elena. In his free time, Eric enjoys building with legos, photography, and reading books and blogs on leadership, ministry, and business.

A former CECP missionary to Scotland, Nicole brings a fresh perspective to all written communications. She is grateful for CECP’s generous partners and blessing to Europe’s missionaries. She currently lives in Massachusetts with her scientist husband and two kids.

Vinay brings over two decades of executive leadership in church finance and operations, helping ministries establish systems of transparency and sustainability. With a heart for missions, he has led teams to Every Nation churches in India and guided nonprofits in aligning their financial strategies with kingdom impact. Vinay stewards CECP’s resources and keeps the financial office running smoothly to advance the Great Commission in Europe.

Growing up reading about the need for the gospel in Eastern Europe through books like God's Smuggler, God called Tom to missionary life in Europe through a short-term missions trip in 1990. That trip sparked a church-planting ministry in Ukraine and catalyzed what has become CECP.

Dr. Tom and Jean have six daughters and two grandsons. Tom is also the founding pastor of CentrePoint Church.

Wayne is a real estate agent based along the North Carolina Outer Banks with Landmark Sothebys. Wayne graduated from Fuller Seminary with a degree in Cross-Cultural Missions. He has spent over 25 years working in China, North Korea, and across the Middle East. Wayne and his wife Michele have five children and one grandchild.

Lee is board-certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS) and has been a partner at Boulder Neurosurgical & Spine Associates (BNA) since 2006. Dr. Nelson moved to Colorado to enjoy the outdoors and enjoys skiing, hiking, and motorcycle touring. He resides with his wife, Debbie, and their three children in Boulder County.

Taylor is a missionary church planter who moved his family to Micronesia for a decade in the early 90s to establish churches in Guam & Saipan. Taylor now pastors a church in Raleigh called King’s Park Raleigh that he and his wife Elizabeth founded in 2011. Along with pastoring and teaching, Taylor enjoys stewarding his call to enjoyable ongoing prayer and intercession. Taylor and Elizabeth are blessed with three lovely daughters.
