Our Team

  • Tom Jackson: Founder

Growing up reading about the need for the gospel in Eastern Europe through books like God's Smuggler, God called Tom to missionary life in Europe through a short-term missions trip in 1990. That trip sparked a church planting ministry in Ukraine and served as the catalyst for what has become CECP.

Dr. Tom and Jean live in Scotland. They have six daughters and two grandsons. Along with leading CECP, Tom pastors CentrePoint Church and travels extensively in Europe working with leaders and churches.

  • Eric Syfrett: Business Administrator

Some people paint with brushes, others paint with words; Eric paints with numbers. With a background in accounting and church administration, Eric does a great job keeping our finances in order and building streamlined processes to maximize the impact of partner giving. He has a watchful eye and helps us faithfully steward the money God provides through the generous giving of His people.

  • Nicole Williams: Communications Director

A former CECP missionary to Scotland, Nicole brings a fresh perspective to all design matters and written communications. She currently lives in Maryland with her scientist husband and creative daughter.
