Jonathan & Joanne Pardey

Jonathan & Joanne were born in England & Zimbabwe respectively, but have spent most of their lives in Johannesburg, South Africa. Having been reached with the gospel as children, they are passionate about reaching and discipling the next generation. They believe that children and teenagers should be raised as an army of warriors who will advance the kingdom of God.

The Pardeys served as kids pastors at Every Nation Johannesburg for 15 years. During that time, they pioneered a kids ministry regional network, the Kids track of Every Nation Ministry school, and an inner-city ministry called Transformation Vrededorp. 

After hearing God’s call to go in 2020, and spending 18 months serving two Every Nation churches in the USA, they moved to Every Nation London in February 2023. Having served at the Every Nation London West church on Kids, Youth and Community Outreach, they were asked to be part of the planting team to Kingston. They did this for the whole of 2025, establishing the kids and youth ministry while continuing Community Outreach at the other church. At the end of 2025, they were called to Every Nation Slough, just beyond the London boundary. Here, they will be Kids and Youth pastors and will also be preaching regularly in the adult service. Community outreach will be explored with a focus on schools. They remain leaders of Communitea with its Christmas social responsibility giving, and Art Club; both of these groups reach unchurched people.

For over 200 Churches, Joanne writes kids and youth curriculum and helps many leaders along the way. Jonathan mentors a few leaders online. 

With an apostolic vision for Europe’s young people, they head up an informal network of EN Kids and Youth leaders, and have pioneered Refuel—a retreat and advance for this network. They collaborated with Europe Evangelism on a Gospel Steps curriculum and have attended the annual Summits in Finland and Northern Ireland. They also headed up the Kids Build Conference in Prague in 2025.

Jonathan and Joanne have 5 children, a daughter in love, and 2 grandchildren. Their youngest, Gabi (18), lives in London with them. They love running, walking, coffee, art, and puzzle building. They also love exploring the magical city of London. Partnering with them will be a huge blessing and will help advance the kingdom in Slough and Europe.
